Price of Hunts
The listed price of your hunt does not include your license cost, game processing, shipping of meat, taxidermy service, any tips for your guides or cooks. Your guided hunt does include lodging, all meals, tree stands, and professional guide service. Price is per hunter.

Deposit & Refund Policy
Upon confirming a trip, a 50% deposit is required to secure the date of your hunt (once tag is drawn remaining half will be due). All deposits are nonrefundable. However they may be transferred to another hunter to fill you spot if necessary. Hunter should contact Sand Rock Outfitters as soon as possible if a cancellation should be necessary. We accept personal checks, cash, credit cards, money orders, and bank checks.

Final Payment
Your final payment will be due by September 1st. This payment must be cash, credit card, personal check, money order or certified check.

Note: *Every hunter born on or after Jan. 1, 1967, unless hunting on a Youth Deer & Turkey Hunting Permit, must have completed an approved hunter education program in Missouri or another state and display a hunter education certification card to buy any firearms hunting permit. A hunter education card need not be displayed if certification can be verified at the vendor's computer terminal.
